These Terms of Service govern your use of this website (the "Site") operated by Daite Software Pvt Ltd ("RoRoSafe", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern the Site only. Pilot deployments, evaluation programs, commercial supply, and any data-processing relationship are governed by a separately executed written agreement between RoRoSafe and the counterparty. In the event of conflict, the executed agreement prevails.

1. The Site is informational

Content on the Site is published for information and does not constitute an offer, a binding commitment, a warranty, or professional advice. Capability statements, deployment timelines, latency figures and case-study outcomes describe representative results and are not guarantees of performance in any particular deployment.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, diagrams, the RoRoSafe marks and logos, and the underlying source code — is owned by RoRoSafe or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. RoRoSafe has patent applications pending in respect of certain hardware, deployment and detection methods. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence under those rights.

You may view, download for caching only, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, public display, or use in machine-learning training datasets — requires our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to circumvent the Site's security, authentication, or rate-limiting controls.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or otherwise replicate the Site in bulk without permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content through any form on the Site.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority when contacting us.

4. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to third-party sites, regulatory documents, or external research. We provide those links for convenience and do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoRoSafe, its directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for access to the Site (which is typically zero), and (b) INR 10,000.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoRoSafe against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

8. Privacy

Our processing of personal data in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by an in-page notice. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.
