AI Monitoring Dashboard

The AI Monitoring Dashboard is the human-facing layer. It runs on the bridge and shore-side and turns segment-master events into decisions that crew, fleet operations, insurers, and class surveyors can act on.

On the bridge

  • A live per-deck thermal heatmap, with per-vehicle resolution and visible baseline drift.
  • Tiered alert escalation (information · watch · alert · captain) with a documented acknowledgement protocol.
  • A single-screen voyage view aligned with existing ECDIS and conning displays.
  • Offline-resilient: continues to operate and log when the shore link is unavailable.

Shore-side and fleet

  • Fleet thermal posture across vessels, voyages, and routes.
  • Pre-loading EV cargo risk view by port, by manufacturer, and by SoC band.
  • Voyage reports for chartering, insurance, and class engagement.
  • A documented API for integration with the operator's safety, claims, and operations systems.

For insurers and class surveyors

  • Audit-grade event logs with cryptographic chain-of-custody.
  • Post-incident forensics packets sized for formal claims investigation.
  • Exportable reports aligned to IMO and class-society guidance references.

Data discipline

Sensor telemetry describes vehicles, temperatures, and network state — not individuals. Where the dashboard surfaces named operators (for example, an officer who acknowledged an alert), that data is held as a processor under the operator's data-processing agreement.
