RoRoSafe is hiring across firmware, sensor systems, marine engineering, machine learning, field operations, and commercial. We are an early company, so the roles are wide, the ownership is real, and the first-principles work has not been done yet.

How we hire

• A first conversation with the founder to confirm fit on both sides.
• A take-home or whiteboard task representative of the actual work — not algorithms theatre.
• A working session with the relevant part of the team.
• Reference conversations both directions.
• A written offer with a clear equity grant and a vesting schedule documented up front.
